Construction Surveillance
In-depth experience in both the nautical and maritime business allows assisting shipowners in managing problems related to the maintenance, refit or the construction of boats.
The supervision of a new building involves the verification, from the keel laying till the delivery of the boat, that everything will take place within the established times and in accordance with the agreements made with the Constructor Shipyard while complying with the regulations in force.
Similarly, the supervision of a refit implies following the refitting activities, controlling and validating the associated costs but also checking that the equipment supplied is correct and that does not come, for example, from parallel markets which are not covered by warranty.
Visits carried out at the construction site will take place on a regular basis and will aim to ascertain the quality and the progress of the work.
During the work, a detailed report will be sent periodically containing photographs of the current situation. Following the launch and sea trials, the complete technical report will be delivered with the chronicle of the “gestation” together with the description of how the on-board systems are built, which report will integrate the technical documentation of the yard.
All the tests required by the Certification Body, necessary for the release of the documentation, will be followed up.
